I am happy to open the call for candidates for the Governing Body elections on 20 - 28 November 2017.
On 31st of December this year, three seats on the GB become vacant, when the term of Lars-Erik Nyborg, Jenny Ross and Isabel Cantalapiedra will come to an end. This autumn, between 20-28 November, our National Committees will elect two new GB members and our EYP members elect one new GB member. There will be a quota in this election, whereby one teacher will have to be elected.
Exactly in one year from now Rotterdam 2018, 88th International Session of the European Youth Parliament will welcome our network to discuss global issues, experience diversity and different cultures. Follow their page to stay up to date!

The participants of the Diversity Lab in Armenia are currently working with identity theories and communication models to develop a concept for EYP to become a more diverse organisation. The project is funded by the Auswärtiges Amt.

Another EYP Day of 2017 is being held at Gymnázium Pierra de Coubertina in Tábor, Czech Republic. The event has gathered approx. 30 Delegates who have been introduced to the concept of EYP during this season's one day events of EYP Czech Republic.
