🙋‍♀ We are often the first to give advice to others, be it good friends or acquaintances, but are almost always the last to follow said-advice and seek to better ourselves before we try to better others.

😍 The Media Team of Madrid 2019, in an optic of self-love and personal growth, decided to invert this trend and asked the session’s participants to give advice, this time to their younger self.
