📚The team of chairpersons is led by the Board of the session, consisting of a President and two Vice-Presidents.

💡The task of a Chairperson is to motivate their committee to work as a team and to provide it with support and guidance, if needed, throughout the process of discussion.

🎓 They are also responsible for the academic preparation of participants and thus ensure their educational progress.

🗣 In EYP we aim to seek discomfort at all times. We try to step out of our comfort zones, we try to be better, more capable versions of our times. However, first-time EYPers, just like the participants of the Barcelona 2019 RS, come to their first session without knowing the EYP mindset. With this project, the media team of Barcelona 2019 aimed to create a video that not only introduced the European Youth Parliament's social mindset, but also a video that embodies it holistically by asking delegates to acknowledge where their comfort zones end and their room for development begins.

🗺Sometimes we get lost during sessions either because we are overwhelmed by the valuable academic material or the intense social interactions. Either way, we need to remember why are we doing EYP in the first place to push through to develop ourselves and create beautiful memories while doing so. With this project, the media team of

💡Barcelona 2019 RS aimed to push delegates and officials into reminding themselves why are they doing EYP by asking them "What do you like most about EYP?"

🌈The aim of this project was to get to know how the participants felt while thinking of the European Youth Parliament and expressing these feelings on a piece of paper.

🔮By covering their faces with the reflection of the aforementioned feelings with the help of a mirror, we perceive what we are not able to do when simply looking at someone or even throughout a normal portrait.
