Bihać 2019 - 31st Regional Selection Session of EYP Bosnia and Herzegovina

We are pleased to announce that the 31st Regional Selection Session of EYP Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the first one this autumn, will take place in Bihać from 26th to the 29th of September for Officials. 

Bihać 2019 will have one day for the Officials' Team Building and Training on the 26th, days for Team Building and Committee Work on the 27th and 28th, respectively, and final day for General Assembly on the 29th. Furthermore, Team Building will take place in a scenic location of Una National Park, the youngest of the three national parks in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The session will gather around 70 participants and will be head organised by Ajla Dedić (BA) and Elmin Sušić (BA) who are working hard to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all participants. The president of the session is Dilge Imer (TR).

The second fact about Tešanj is here! This small town is really famous for numerous mineral water sources, five of which have been used and currently can be found on the shelves of all major distributors such as Princess, Oaza and Tešanjski kiseljak.

Most of the water sources are located in the area of Kiseljak, once a famous tourist resort. The quality of heavy mineral waters is recognized beyond the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina, even in the United States!

With a little more than a month left until our third Outreach Weekend in Kakanj, we present you an interesting fact about this small town! The name Kakanj was first mentioned in a document of the king Dabiša, in which he gifts Duke Hrvoje Vukčić the village Kakanj for his fights against the Ottoman Empire, in the year 1392!
