Hannover 2018 | 28th National Selection Conference of EYP Germany
For almost thirty years, the European Youth Parliament in Germany has been offering young people a chance to reflect on questions of societal importance, to develop visions for a future Europe and to discuss these with others.
Every year the best 33 school delegations and individuals of the National Selection Process of EYP Germany are selected through an independent jury and invited to one of the three Regional Selection Conferences. During the upcoming round the schools will be invited to Berlin, Flensburg and Trier in February and April 2018. The best three school delegations and individuals of each Regional Selection Conference are selected to take part in the 28th National Selection Conference in Hanover in May 2018.
Hannover 2018 will therefore have delegations of seven pupils or trainees and individuals from all over Germany as well as foreign participants. The best two delegations and individual delegates will be selected to represent EYP Germany at the International Sessions of the EYP in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in autumn 2018 and Yerevan, Armenia in spring 2019.
The 28th National Selection Conference in Hanover will be head-organised by Eline Katsma (DE) and Pauline Franke (DE), and presided by Tim Backhaus (FI). The editor of the session will be Olivier Rostang Rejdvic (FR) and the Head of Jury will be Lukas Rosenkranz (DE).
