Webinar on Creating a Strategy for Your NC


The webinar will aim to offer tools and materials, as well as offer a space for knowledge sharing on the following topics:

  • why have a strategy¬†
  • how to design a process for a strategy through input from members and board
  • how to work with the strategy in practice¬†

As soon as participants will be set for the webinar, the trainer (Maria) will be in touch with participants to get a better understanding of the key questions they would want to have covered during the webinar, to ensure it is tailored to their needs.

The webinar will take place on Wed 6 November; 19:00 CET and take 60-120 min.

The deadline for the application is 3rd of November 2018.

There is a max of 20 spots available, we will provide you with further details, when your participation has been approved.

The webinar is led by Maria Manolescu, Chair of the Governing Body.
