Zugdidi Regional Selection Conference 2019 of EYP Georgia

24/05/2019 to 27/05/2019 

Zugdidi is the capital city of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region in Western Georgia, which combines Samegrelo (Mingrelia) and Svaneti. The name "Zugdidi" means "big/great hill" in Laz and Mingrelian. Zugdidi Regional Selection Conference 2019 of EYP Georgia will take place from May 24th to 27th (May 24th is the Officials' Training Day). Over the course of these 3 days, the session programme will include Teambuilding, Opening Ceremony, Cultural Event, Committee Work and General Assembly on the very last day of the event.

Tamta Tsveraidze will lead Mtskheta-Kaspi Outreach Weekend, which takes place on April 13-14, while Mariam Pagava will take charge of Samtredia-Senaki Outreach Weekend on April 20-21. We are happy to let you know that our members - Saba Pesvianidze as a Vice-President, Nikita Salukvadze as an Editorial Assistant, Nikoloz Jolokhava as a Chairperson, Luca Kiknadze as a journalist, and the delegates Keti Chikovani, Keti Bulbulashvili, Irakli Iobashvili and Saba Dididze - participated in 5th University Session of EYP Azerbaijan on Women Empowerment! The session took place during February 14th - 17th in Baku!

Get excited because we are launching the call for delegates for Batumi Regional Selection Conference 2019! We are looking for high school and university students, coming from Batumi, as well as other cities of Georgia and a whole Europe!

The session will gather delegates from 23rd to 25th of March in Batumi to discuss a range of topics such as human rights and regional cooperation!

Batumi Regional Selection Conference is less than two months away, so get excited as we proudly announce the President and the Editor of the session!
