EYP Belgium is proud to announce that it will work together with Diplomatie.Belgium again for a second edition of 'Parlons ensemble d'Europe/ Europa: daar praten we samen over!'! 🎉
On Friday 29th March EYP Belgium will host group discussions in French and Dutch for high school students from all Belgian provinces on various topics. 🔊
We are now looking for moderators to run those group discussions: 12 french- (morning) and 12 dutch-speakers (afternoon), of course bilingual moderators are also very welcome to join in for the whole day. 🤝
On the 30th of November, two members of the European Youth Parliament Belgium gave a speech at a plenary meeting in the Benelux Parliament in The Hague.
Jan, Sana and Louise were joined by members of the EYP the Netherlands to talk about the recent Benelux Forum, organised at the beginning of November, and on how important youth involvement is in international politics.
Furthermore, we would like to thank the Benelux Union and Parliament for welcoming our organisation with open arms!
Today we celebrate all the volunteers who are active in the European Youth Parliament. Their hard work makes it possible for thousands of young Europeans to meet, debate and have a great time at events organized by these individuals.
We are extremely thankful for your commitment and we acknowledge all your hard work for the organisation.
At events organized by the European Youth Parliament Belgium, many people from different backgrounds and cultures come together to discuss contemporary issues.
While at our conferences we aim to provide an open-minded and fun learning environment. In this way, we hope to teach our participants on how to voice their opinions and to look at the world from other perspectives. Strengthening tolerance through fostering mutual understanding among cultures and people is something which happens in the European Youth Parliament daily.
As many of you know, the European Youth Parliament Belgium fell in love with the Southern part of our country. This Saturday the first members event took place in Wallonia. The Regional Coordinator Margaux met with a few members in Liège to get to know each other.
