Poland is a member of the European Union since the 1st of May 2004, this means that today, we celebrate our 14th Europe Day in Poland! In our organisation, we try to build a dialogue between young people from most EU states, but also countries which are not part of the EU. In fact, EYP Poland works with other 37 twin organisations in Europe and beyond! Happy Europe Day!

We are proud to have a network of growing members and alumni who are active not only in our National Committee but also represent EYP Poland abroad on other EYP events and sessions, as Officials. And mostly not only represent but also are active contributors to the success of such events. Here are some of them, who participated in EYP sessions outside of Poland during the first quarter of this year!

Marta Sznajder
Karlovy Vary 2018 - 20th National Selection Conference of EYP CZ - President
Basel 2018 - 1st International Forum of EYP Switzerland - Vice-President

Today in Poland, we celebrated the 227th anniversary of the publication of the 3rd May Constitution regulating the system of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Created in 1791 it was the first constitution in Europe and the second in the world! This is an important celebration for the country we work in, and a milestone when it comes to building a (then) future of a democratic and united Europe. The Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth was once a Union that accepted and gave shelter to people from every nation and religion.
